Free standard shipping to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days.
How is the cutoff applied?
Order cutoff: 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed UTC−06:00 year-round; daylight saving time does not apply. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day use that day as the handling start day. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or holidays start the next business day. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
How do I choose a size?
Open the size guide on a product page. Sock sizes follow U.S. women’s shoe sizes; leggings use body measurements and inseam, while tights use height and hip measurements. Mixed sets have separate sizing controls.
How do I care for my items?
Follow the material-specific instructions on the product page. Delicate tights should be hand washed; cotton and fluffy pieces have separate care guidance.
Can I return my purchase?
Request a return within 30 days of receipt. Ordinary returns must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging; tights must be unopened. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are handled separately.
Who pays return shipping?
We pay for our errors, damage or defects. Customers pay for change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies.
When will an approved refund arrive?
Approved refunds return to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
